Can negative hooding be a halo or its just a falio?

I have very little uppereyelid exposure from the middle area and to the end of the eyes i have hooding, which results in a negative hooding. From the 3/4th view my eyes sort of look like the pics below, IM TALKING ONLY THE EYE HOODING AND THE EYES IN THE PIC NOT THE WHOLE FACE
