I always try talking to people even if I see it makes them uncomfortable because that's way better than sitting in some corner coping. Me hating on using my phone to browse the internet and text people also encourages me to talk to people.

Also, at every job, my favorite thing to do is to find out the smallest and dumbest thing that someone really hates and constantly do it to fuck with my co-workers. I make sure it's some stupid little thing that can't get me fired. God, I love being an asshole.

I'm lucky to work for some really cool and fun people. We go out to events that co-workers are participating in, or just grab a bite after work with the bosses and employees. Super fun time and extremely valuable in my opinion. Not many places are like that.

if you are adult and dont have interesting colleague, its pretty much over,
