Does a fat graft in the undereye region provide a bit of undereye support?

I have very mild droopy eyelid in my left eye and I have severe lack of fat in the undereye region, I have good infra orbitals but just shit fat deposits in that area because of my dad, I’m gonna get a fat graft eventually and wanted to know if it could provide some support

why not just fillers

No it doesn't provide any support.
Fat is not under the periosteum, its in the soft tissue envelope that is above the periosteum, if you add more fat it is going to sag eventually. Fat is not hard tissue to provide support like bone or implants.
