Nah looksmaxing definitely makes incels worse alot of the times. Not in moderation. Looking better is often good in people's lives and sometimes neccesary. But when taken to the extreme, which most hardcore black pillars do, it just takes them into a nuerotic mindstate and ads to obsessive thoughts. The average incel can definitely gain confidence and social gains by fixing their looks, but you will surely disappointed if you think that's the end all be all

Sounds about right. I would say it made life a little worse. Knowing that I tried and failed is a very very hard pill to swallow. It made me realize that I am unworthy of propagating my genes apart from with a resentful landwhale.
