You just need two solid exercises for both stretching and expansion, stretching (length) expansion (girth) the thicker your dick the harder it is to gain length, so focus first on length and then girth, but you’re likely to gain some girth from length exercises too, for length just pick either vacuum hanging or or extending, I think hanging is more comfortable and is overall better cuz it loosens your suspensry ligaments too and overall just feels like it’s working your whole dick more, for girth you have either pumping or clamping, clamping is better for girth but more injury prone and overall harder to get the hang of, if you want to pump you want a tight fitting cylinder so your dick touches the walls (this works on length while a looser cylinder will work on girth instead) after you gained enough length start clamping too, but never clamp right after pumping, you can get lymphatic issues.
