Well "teen love" is something different than having GFs, going out on dates, etc etc. That feeling of going on a date with a girl when you're young like 15 or 16 being nervous, kissing her, and even losing your V is something that can be detrimental to your mental health if you don't get it. Latest age to experience this is like 18yrs old tbh. If you don't experience a first date, kiss, sex, or anything like that by 18 it's probably rough.
