Optimal Diet for Teenage Bone Growth?

What would be the most optimal diet (foods and nutrients) for facial bone development for teens? (17-18) i don't know how it works scientifically even after reading lot of threads becauze everyone says the development of the bones ends at different ages, but i want to get atleast some of facial (height doesnt matter) bone development (if possible). Also would stuff like sleep, going to gym, caloric surplus help too? (don't wanna go on cycle bcs im broke and found so many different opinions on it)
 
Lord of meat and play a physical sport like football
