It's most likely the same guy from the video in the bagel shop. The proof I have is that both events took place in Long island, NewYork. In the video of him yelling at the Indian he mentions of living in "Farmingdale" and going to "Stoneybrook" which are both in Long island. Plus they both sound the same and have that thick NYC white accent.The cops were called on him.
