Why people look good in the mirror? Are mirrors a scam

Meanwhile I look close to subhuman in photos others take of me. Mirror is the biggest scam ever, there was a time during COVID that I didn't exercise and my body and face looked the same in mirror but as soon I saw a photo of me I looked subhuman. There's any explanation? Also I look good in the gym mirror lol everything is a fraud. If you look good in the mirror (atleast HTN) but you were friendzoned, disrespected and ignored by women, let me tell you it's over. It depends on the mirror too, there are some where I see many facial flaws. How do people see me?
